Almar Water Solutions, “Water for All” sponsor of the ALADYR 2023 Biennial Congress

• Almar Water Solutions was the “Water for All” sponsor at the ALADYR 2023 Biennial Congress and distributed reusable bottles at the event, thus promoting non-conventional water resources and environmental protection.
• Latin America is a crucial market for the company, where it has been present since the beginning of its activity.

Almar Water Solutions sponsored the biennial congress of the Latin American Association of Desalination and Water Reuse (ALADYR) in Santiago de Chile last week. The conference was attended by more than 500 professionals from more than 20 countries from the desalination industry, water reuse, effluent treatment, and efficient water management to exchange information and experiences for the region’s development.

Almar Water Solutions, in addition to sponsorship, starred in a commercial presentation entitled “Almar Water Solutions, efficient water solutions for the Chilean and Latin American market” and had a corporate stand where it has been able to show its lines of business and services, together with its subsidiary company Almar Water Services Latam, a company dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions in sustainable water management, especially to industrial customers.

On the other hand, the event also had representatives of Aguas San Pedro, a subsidiary company of Almar Water Solutions, which operates production and distribution services of drinking water, sewage, and wastewater treatment in its urban services concessions in eight communes and five regions of Chile: San Pedro de la Paz and Coronel in the Biobío Region; Chillán in the Ñuble Region; Curicó in the Maule Region; Puerto Montt in the Lakes Region; Buin, Colina and Pudahuel in the Metropolitan Region.

The ALADYR 2023 Biennial Congress featured more than 30 technical presentations by renowned leaders in the desalination and water reuse industry, success stories for different productive sectors of national and international interest – offered by prominent end users, research supported by prestigious research centers, regulatory frameworks, legislation, among others.
