Tirta Kencana Cahaya Mandiri is a water company that operates a drinking water treatment plant under RUOMT (Rehabilitation, Uprating, Operation, Maintenance, and Transfer) with a total capacity of 140,000 m3/day under a 20-year concession contract.

The water delivered is for domestic, industrial, and commercial end-users in Tangerang Regency & City (including International Jakarta Airport) and West Jakarta.
