The facility operates under a BOOT (Build–Own–Operate–Transfer) model and incorporates advanced treatment technologies including Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF), Ultrafiltration (UF) and Reverse Osmosis (RO).

The plant converts produced water into high-quality irrigation water, supporting sustainable water management while reducing environmental discharge.

This project involved the commissioning and operation of a fully automated wastewater treatment plant for the food and beverage sector. The facility treats site-wide wastewater to Class A reuse standards using a Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) system, enabling treated water to be reused for irrigation and other non-potable applications.

The system is fully integrated with the client’s Distributed Control System (DCS), enabling remote monitoring, operational optimisation and regulatory compliance.

The system is designed for remote operation, incorporating redundancy, remote monitoring and low operator intervention, ensuring reliable water supply in challenging logistical environments.
