Obor Infrastructure Pte Ltd is a holding company established in Singapore that manages water infrastructure assets in Indonesia, focused on the production and supply of drinking water.

Through its subsidiaries Tirta Kencana Cahaya Mandiri and Traya Tirta Cisadane, the company operates drinking water treatment plants under ROT (Rehabilitation, Operation and Transfer) concession schemes on the Indonesian island of Java.

Together, these facilities provide a total drinking water production capacity of 425,000 m³ per day, with an ongoing expansion program expected to increase capacity by an additional 160,000 m³ per day in the short to medium term.

Through these operations, Obor Infrastructure plays a key role in supporting the expansion of drinking water services in Indonesia’s rapidly growing urban areas.
