Executive Overview

The Traya Tirta Cisadane (TTC) Drinking Water Treatment Plant is a key water infrastructure project developed to strengthen drinking water supply in the Greater Jakarta metropolitan area.

Located in South Tangerang, the facility operates under a ROT (Rehabilitation, Operation and Transfer) concession scheme, through which the plant is operated and maintained under a 20-year concession contract.

With a total treatment capacity of 285,000 m³ per day, the plant supplies drinking water to domestic, industrial and commercial users across South Tangerang and South & West Jakarta, supporting water services in one of the most densely populated urban regions in Southeast Asia.

The project plays a critical role in improving water supply reliability and expanding access to safe drinking water for more than one million people.

Contractual & Financial Structure

The Traya Tirta Cisadane project is implemented through a ROT (Rehabilitation, Operation and Transfer) concession scheme, under which the private partner is responsible for the operation and management of the drinking water treatment facility during the concession period.

Through this model, the project contributes to improving the operational performance and efficiency of the regional water infrastructure while allowing the public utility PDAM Tirta Kerta Raharja to expand service coverage across the metropolitan area.

Almar Water Solutions participates with a 50% stake in the project company, reinforcing its presence in Indonesia’s growing municipal water infrastructure sector.
