Aguas San Pedro S.A. is a Chilean urban services company specializing in the production and distribution of drinking water, as well as wastewater collection and treatment, operating under sanitary service concessions.
The company follows an integrated water cycle management model, which includes water sourcing, treatment, distribution, wastewater collection and treatment, as well as customer billing services.
The company operates water infrastructure with a drinking water treatment capacity of 65,000 m³/day and a wastewater treatment capacity of 25,000 m³/day, ensuring reliable and sustainable water services for its customers.
In July 2022, Almar Water Solutions acquired a 50% stake in Aguas San Pedro, establishing Almar’s first Urban Services platform in Chile. Since then, the platform has continued to grow both organically and through acquisitions, including the incorporation of Aguas de Colina in January 2023.
