The project is operated under a 25-year BOOT scheme through a joint venture between Almar Water Solutions and Aljomaih Energy &amp; Water Company, with engineering and construction performed by Fisia Italimpianti and Aquatech International.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Estructura contractual y financiera<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Zuluf Water Treatment Plant is delivered under a BOOT (Build\u2013Own\u2013Operate\u2013Transfer) contract, which includes the long-term operation and maintenance (O&amp;M) of the facility over a 25-year concession period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project company is formed by a joint venture between Almar Water Solutions and Aljomaih Energy &amp; Water Company, with Almar holding a 51% majority participation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following completion of the plant, the operation and maintenance of the facility is performed jointly by Almar Water Solutions, Aljomaih Energy &amp; Water Company, Fisia Italimpianti and Aquatech International, ensuring the long-term performance and reliability of the plant throughout the concession period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Soluci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Zuluf Water Treatment Plant is designed to treat and condition water for reinjection into oil wells, a process used to maintain reservoir pressure and optimize hydrocarbon recovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The treatment system removes gases, iron and suspended solids through several integrated treatment stages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The plant includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Degassing system to remove dissolved gases from the water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Off-gas treatment and compression system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Water treatment system with clariflocculation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dual media filtration to remove suspended solids<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cartridge filtration for final polishing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sludge treatment line with centrifuge dewatering units<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This treatment configuration ensures that the injection water meets the quality requirements needed to protect wells, pipelines and reservoir integrity.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Executive Overview The Zuluf Water Treatment Plant is a key industrial water infrastructure project supporting the development of the Zuluf oil field in eastern Saudi Arabia.
