El evento se llev\u00f3 a cabo en el Crowne Plaza Barcelona \u2013 Fira Center en Barcelona, consolid\u00e1ndose como el evento m\u00e1s grande del mundo para identificar nuevos proyectos en el mercado de infraestructura y descubrir oportunidades de inversi\u00f3n y financiamiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Felipe Guinea moder\u00f3 una sesi\u00f3n titulada \u201cUna perspectiva global: Enfrentando la brecha cr\u00edtica de inversi\u00f3n en infraestructura h\u00eddrica\u201d, donde se analizaron las siguientes preguntas:<\/p>\n\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n <li>Priorizar la inversi\u00f3n en agua: \u00bfQu\u00e9 \u00e1reas requieren un mayor enfoque en el desarrollo: suministro, tratamiento de agua o desalinizaci\u00f3n?<\/li>\n <li>\u00bfEs el modelo APP el mejor marco para movilizar inversiones conjuntas en infraestructura h\u00eddrica por parte de los sectores p\u00fablico y privado? \u00bfC\u00f3mo podr\u00eda esto variar en diferentes partes del mundo?<\/li>\n <li>\u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos integrar y aprovechar las ventajas anal\u00edticas de la tecnolog\u00eda \u2018inteligente\u2019 en el desarrollo de infraestructura h\u00eddrica?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la sesi\u00f3n, Felipe habl\u00f3 sobre su carrera en el campo de la financiaci\u00f3n de proyectos h\u00eddricos y c\u00f3mo el sector es una apuesta segura tanto para la inversi\u00f3n privada como p\u00fablica.
